NCSE staff provide professional learning opportunities that are responsive to local context and are customizable to meet your teachers’ needs. Our professional development is focused on giving your teachers the expertise to help their students overcome common misconceptions about climate change, evolution, and the nature of science.

Our professional development is based on curricular units designed and tested by teachers called Story Shorts and on a robust pedagogical Teacher Toolkit.

Our Professional Development offerings:

My COAST

We periodically lead a professional development opportunity focused on coastal resilience.

Stand-alone Workshops

We lead workshops of varying lengths on topics tailored to local needs.

WORK WITH DISTRICTS
